PeopleCurve takes its own privacy seriously, and is committed to protecting the privacy of our users by providing a safe, secure online service.  This privacy policy sets forth how data is collected by PeopleCurve and how PeopleCurve will store, process and protect such data.

This privacy policy is incorporated into and is subject to the Terms and Conditions ("Terms") of use. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions of use, do not provide PeopleCurve with any personally identifiable information and do not use the Site.

The Site contains links to other websites. PeopleCurve has no control over these sites, and is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of other sites to which a user chooses to link while using our Site.

PeopleCurve retains the right to modify or terminate this privacy policy and the Terms at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice to its users. Changes are effective when posted. Please check this policy frequently for updates. If any change is unacceptable, please discontinue use of the Site immediately. Your continued use of the Site after modification constitutes acceptance of the modification.

Collection and use of information by PeopleCurve

In order to facilitate communication between employers and candidates, PeopleCurve will request that a user provide us with personal information, including your name and e-mail address. This request may occur during user registration or may occur in connection with other transactions. Other optional information may be solicited. PeopleCurve may combine information about you that we have collected with information from employers.

PeopleCurve may also gather certain information about your use of the Site, such as pages visited, links activated, and services accessed. This information may also include, but may not be limited to, technical information including data regarding a user's computer, including IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, referring sites and "cookies". Please note that this information will not be linked to your personal information at any time. Users may configure their browsers to accept or reject the cookies.

In an online video interview, your IP address may be displayed and accessible.

PeopleCurve uses the information we gather on our Site to provide our service to users. PeopleCurve may use contact information in order to send you e-mail or other communications regarding updates at the Site.

PeopleCurve does not share, rent, or sell your personally identifiable information with any outside source or third party or other information regarding your use of the Site except as set forth:

  1. Information that the user consents to be disclosed to third parties, such as where a user consents to receiving information regarding job opportunities, product or services of third parties, including employers, recruiters and marketers.
  2. Information to our employees who need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services in support of the Site.
  3. Information to companies we employ including our data center host, data analysts, marketing agents, and credit card payment services. These companies are prohibited from sharing this information with any other third party.

  6. Upon transference of the business to another owner.

PeopleCurve uses commercially reasonable, technical measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss or unauthorized access, use, alternation or disclosure. PeopleCurve has physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations for the protection of personal information. PeopleCurve is not responsible for the use made by third parties of information posted by users in public areas of the Site.
